1. The Breast Form Fund
The Breast Form Fund offers financial help to un-insured or under-insured women to purchase breast forms [prosthesis] and post-mastectomy bras after breast cancer surgery. The Breast Form Fund helps all women of any cultural background who live in Massachusetts.

The Connecting Hope, Assistance and Treatment (CHAT) Program is a program of the Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Center for Community Health and Health Equity (CCHHE). Magnolia Meals at HomeTM, a new program bringing free, nutritious meals to patients living with breast cancer and their families, in and around Woodcliff Lake, NJ and Andover, MA. Genetic Testing/Counseling

1. Cancer Resource Foundation, Inc. Financial Assistance Program: Vouchers for FREE testing
The Cancer Resource Foundation, Inc., GIFTSS (Genetic Information for Treatment, Surveillance and Support) Program receives grant funding to offer vouchers for free genetic testing for those who might have mutations that place them at high risk for breast cancer (BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes), ovarian cancer, colon cancer, or melanoma.

Temporary Lodging

1. Hope Lodge Worcester
Is a home away from home for cancer patients and their families during treatment. Located in Central Massachusetts (Worcester), Hope Lodge provides free lodging and transportation to guests from around the world and around the corner all at no costs. The Hope Lodge facility in Worcester, MA is a beautiful old restored home with many private rooms and common living areas.

2. AstraZeneca Hope Lodge Center
Our Lodge has 40 suites and provides free, comfortable, temporary housing for patients and their caregivers who must travel to Boston for their cancer treatment. Tours are available on-line.

The American Cancer Society Road to Recovery program provides transportation to and from treatment for people who have cancer who do not have a ride or are unable to drive themselves. Volunteer drivers donate their time and the use of their cars so that patients can receive the life-saving treatments they need.

Caregivers

1. Family Caregiver Alliance
The Family Caregiver Alliance is a public voice for caregivers. Their programs focus on information, education, services, research and advocacy. These programs support and sustain the important work of families nationwide caring for loved ones with chronic, disabling health conditions.

2. Cancercare
Cancercare provides information ononline support groups, telephone groups, and education workshops for caregivers.

3. American Cancer Society
Through the American Cancer Society you can learn about what to expect if you become a caregiver for a person with cancer, as well as find suggestions and tips for making sure that you take care of yourself as well.

4. National Family Caregivers Association
The National Family Caregivers Association educates, supports, empowers and speaks up for the more than 65 million Americans who care for loved ones with a chronic illness or disability or the frailties of old age.

5. The Well Spouse Association
The Well SpouseTM Association, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) membership organization, advocates for and addresses the needs of individuals caring for a chronically ill and/or disabled spouse/partner. 1. National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship
NCCS advocates for quality cancer care for all people touched by cancer and provides tools that empower people to advocate for themselves. The website contains a number of resources, including a survivor tool box and survivor stories.

2. National Cancer Institute/Facing Forward: Life After Cancer Treatment
This publication covers post-treatment issues such as follow-up medical care, physical and emotional changes, changes in social relationships, and workplace issues.
